BE700G-IT dead?

Hi, I purchased the UPS BE700G-IT and now has these problems. It states that the battery is charged and working. He turns it on, flashes, and after a few seconds stops flashing makes a dull sound reminiscent of something frying and after a few seconds sounds continuously so strong and there is no power in the sockets. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you are having issue with this unit, but can you provide what indicator is flashing?  if you can also provide the serial number of the unit.
