Apc ups service

Hi,

I wanted to install PowerChute Personal Edition v3.0.2  (on CD with UPS) on my computer with windows 10 Pro and I got an error: APC UPS service could not be started. The ups connected to PC is APC Back UPS pro 1500.

I also tried to run both APC services manually but without luck. Any idea what is wrong?

I suppose that it is useless without those services running...

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with our PowerChute Personal Edition (PCPE).

Since you are using a Windows 10 OS, I recommend using PCPE 3.1.0 instead.  I have provided the download link below along with the compatibility and user guides.
