If this message / indicator is showing this means there’s a problem with the connected load. More than likely the unit is simply overloaded and thus shutting down.
You can test this theory by simply replacing the load with something else and see how the unit behaves and report back the results.
Generally speaking a UPS should only be loaded up to 80% of it’s rated capacity. A 700 RMS load should have at least 1000 ~ 1500 VA UPS at the lower tier.
A 2000 VA is more appropriate in terms of capacity, headroom, and operational runtime to complete a graceful shutdown.
