I did found the link from apc of how to replace the battery. However I found other sites same model that's under price but same company that supplied. I also saw a youtube video regards on buying two batterys to make a whole battery. Does apc have those kind of batterys here? I was searching but the site is little difficult for me.

Hello - I am not sure what you mean - are you looking to purchase batteries and save some money by putting them together yourself?

If so, unfortunately, we just provide the entire module for ease of installation for the customer. Some people use and build/wire third parties on their own but it is at their own risk and we cannot be held liable.

Indeed I'm looking to save money. However I wanted to ask the apc batterys here. As I was curious. I really don't want to put them together as I have never experience in doing so. Just computer parts. I take your recommend in thought 100%.

My question is why is your same product APCRBC124 for bx1500g from another site like staples for example is cheaper?

If it is a genuine APC battery sold by Staples then APC warranties those RBCs for a year based on serial number and date of purchase.

The upc person just dropped the box. Serial number and date of purchase is right on the box, in other words I can't throw the box away.... They didn't gave me a receipt or anything. As well the battery shows up 35 to 39 mins when I boot up my computer and monitor.. Originally it's 256 I believe for 2 hours and 56 mins of life. When I didn't boot my pc and monitor it go's back to 256. However I boot up my xbox 360 and tv, that go's to around 120.

Now if I put all to them together, I get 22 mins. A laptop is able to be on battery for at least couple of hours..... I have seen companies having this BX1500G, they don't seem to have problems of the backup.

Angela, I was able to get a receipt (invoice) it shows everything. But the serial number it doesn't.

There is no sticker on the battery itself? If it is an APC battery, I know it'd be on the box but I also thought it'd be on the batteries themselves.

I didn't looked if there was a sticker on the apc battery. Well the other apc battery that came with the backup battery, didn't came with a sticker.
