The ups failed to start, the message from the screen indicate the error to be system start up configuration failed

Hi Leonard,

For Smart-UPS VT this alert can indicate the unit is unable to determine system voltage and/or system kVA capacity. I recommend checking for other alarms on the PowerView display, and reaching out to your local APC tech support.

Thanks for you assistance, My ups was totally OFF, we replaced the battery and later we found the M4T28 Timekeeper it was drained up to 0.5V instead of 2.8V after replacing the M4T28 the ups failed to start and the LCD screen shows two message

1. Internal mechanical bypass swatch closed

2.System start up configuration failed 

Therefore, the problem  can be alarm threshold set up or any other alarms?
