Hi,
This is a used device, about 1 year old. It was in use for three months and then kept in storage until yesterday when I plugged it and let it be the whole day.
The problem is that it doesn't seem to charge. The panel reads :ONLINE, 0 load and 0 charge. No other flags or icons are shown, and it beeps twice every 2-3 seconds. The charge bar is constantly flickering.
I read the manual but it doesn't seem to have an explanation for this situation. Any ideas?
I'm trying to use it as the UPS for two work stations in a small office.
Thank you.

Jose,
Do you have a multimeter that you can test the batteries with? It seems that the possible reason for the batteries not taking a charge is either a failed battery charging circuit, or the batteries are completely discharged. If the UPS is already a year old, you should take into account some degradation on the batteries. On top of that, it was in storage for approximately 3 months, which means that since they require a recharge of 1x every 90 days, it's very possible the batteries have become completely exhausted and are no longer capable of taking a charge.
