I bought two UPS on February, the model number are BVX700LUI-MS and BV1000I-MS. The first is connected to my iMac and a LG monitor, the second one is connected to my PS5 and WiFi router.
The problem occurred two weeks ago on the BVX700LUI-MS. The UPS switches to battery mode, with 4 beeps every 30 seconds even though there is no power failure in my house. I tried unplug and plug again but it stills beep. Sometimes the UPS automatically switches to power mode, and sometimes it does not.
The same problem just occurred yesterday with my second UPS. I noticed that it only occurs at evening, and this time in my country is summer season.
I am confused because these two UPS are manufactured in 2022, and just in use for about two months. I don’t know if the battery in these two were malfunction together, or the voltage in my house can lead to this behavior. I am appreciated for any help or solution. Thank you.

As a starter you should have APC Power Chute software installed. As this would inform you of the quality of power in your location or lack thereof.
Once you have Power Chute Software loaded and connected to a computer system. The logs more than likely will show dirty power as the main culprit.
Dirty power can be low / high voltage. It can be out of band frequency. It can be high THD (Total Harmonic Distortion).
It can be a rapid change in line voltage. Lastly, it can be due to a surge / brown out or what is known as a voltage rise vs voltage sag condition.
At the end of the day if the logs show any of the above. Guess what the UPS is doing its job in providing clean uninterrupted power to your connected devices! 👍
Install the software and report back whet you observe.

Thanks for your advise, by the way I’m using a Mac computer, and my UPS model is not supported by the Power Chute software. Is there any third party software has capability to measure those number? Thank you.

Just update to the topic. I bought two travel plug adapters with surge protector and use them to connect my UPS to the wall outlet. The problem didn't occur again so far. I think the main cause is electric source in my house, not from the UPS. I will observe more and update if it's happen again.
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.
