APC UPS Service

Hi

I bought an APC UPS (EB1130004616) in August and it was working properly for a couple of months.
Suddenly the UPS backup was very poor, not even with standing for 30 seconds.
A serviceman from APC itself has come and fixed it but after 2 days it started to behave the same and also the battery change light keeps on beeping.

Do you have any case reference number that we can use to pull up your account? I would send your concern to our Support Team that handles your region.
