Hello I am from India and I purchased APC UPS BR1000G-IN 1year ago...After some months it started giving low backup problems...I have only one CPU connected with the UPS with an average load of 40-50 watts...Till now the APC technicians replaced my batteries 5 times and replaced my unit 3 times but the backup problem remains same...whenever they change a new battery the UPS gives a runtime of about 80 minutes...but after some days the runtime comes to about 7 minutes...The APC technicians find the battery healthy but are unable to diagnose the problem...Anyone facing same issue plz help me to deal with the problem...
