I have a problem with the UPS , the story is like this, I went out for 4 month now when i came back to office there is a problem , when the light goes off the UPS also goes turns off and stay off. may I know what is the problem?

How old Is the UPS? Has the battery ever been replaced in the UPS? What lights are on the front of the UPS when it is plugged into the wall outlet? Had the UPS been supporting the connected load during power failure before?

Do you have other Identical working unit? If so, swap the batteries and check if the unit in works fine after power failure.
