APC Smart-UPS 1000 Event Code 49

I have Smart 1000 rack mounted UPS. I keep getting an Event Code 49 and flashing red triangle in the top right-hand corner. We have checked all the wiring that it is plugged into and it has no issue. I am not able to find what the Event code 49 is.

What is the exact model number of the UPS? You will find the model number on the bar code sticker.
