Hi, guys how are you doing?

I have a UPS which is connected to the sever via USB and i don't know how to use it because some one installed before i joined the company. right now, when suddenly the UPS off, the server also becomes off. i don't know what happened. since this UPS installed in this company, it has been almost 5&1/2 years. another information there is also a software installed in there and called APC chute Business edition Agent. so, please guys help me i need to know every thing about this UPS how it works, and how to take care of .... for more info see the PICTURE of this UPS in attached files.

Guys thank you very much for the help. but still the UPS is working even though, it has been installed before 5 years. what my fear is because i am new for it. let me see the manual and check it

this looks like an SUA1000.

you could probably start by [reviewing these user's manuals and guides|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SUA1000&tab=documentation] to get a gist of the unit and its operation and then let us know if you have any questions.
