APC RS 800 "Overload" and "Replace Battery" keep blinking

Hi! all.

I have been searching in the forum, but not find any solutions.

I have a APC RS 800 and can not start it.

Now only "Overload" and "Replace Battery" both keep blinking, batteries are new, some times when push Start the green light "On line" light an instant but go back to "Overload" and "Replace Battery" blinking.

Please tell me if there is any solution.
