APC Italy finished the replacement batteries, are you serious?

Hi,
I'm trying to buy a replacement battery APCRBC124 for my BR1500GI.

When I'm in the last step of the order the APC site says me that they have finished the batteries.

Are you serious?
Have you finished the batteries? APC finished the batteries? o_O

Is this the APC that people trust?

the local sales support says that the batteries are not in stock at the moment.

offical sales manager says that the battery are out of stock since december 2015.

I'm really disappointed. hope to hear something from you soon.

APC finished the batteries, it's incredible.

APC Italy says that they will ship the battery in march, in march?
Am I talking with APC or with a cheap aftermarket brand?
