Hi
I purchased at XS1200 at my Local Future Shop store Last Year I Hooked it up and everything. Now 4 weeks later It starts beeping every 5 hours. So I unplugged the Computer and stuff and turned it off I have left it off ever since. Now I want to know what Model I have Because I know theres a Difference between the Models in Canada and USA. I try to find the Sticker but Its not on the back of it. Now my point is that I need a new battery because mine Keeps failing the Self-Test (Not the Self-Test in the PowerChute Software the Auto one) so I looked on APC's Site and the USA Version has a replacement but the Canadian one gives me the option of Trading it and I don't want to trade. I looked everywhere on NCIX.com and Tigerdirect.ca but they don't have it. Please Help
Thanks

Hi,
The XS 1200 is known as the BX1200 and is just the retail only version of BR1200 (posted above).
Take a look at this: http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=BX1200
That is the link to the BX1200 and the battery for it is RBC32, which is the same as the BR1200 in the previous post.

Hello,
The model number is listed either on the back or the bottom of the UPS. You will be looking for a white, bar-coded, lable sticker with two sets of numbers. (Model and Serial). The sticker is about an inch and a half long.
Is this the unit that you currently have?

If so, the battery replacement partnumber is an RBC32.
