I have a Back-UPS ES 750. (750 VA)
This is my printer's Power Consumption: Sleep/Ready/Printing: 6W/75W/675W
I also have my computer plugged into the UPS. I've heard that laser printers should not be plugged into a UPS.
Is it ok to plug this laser printer into the "Surge Protection Only" side of the UPS, or should it not be plugged into the UPS at all?

Thanks. I didn't think it would be a problem as long as it was in the surge protection only side...just wanted to make sure.

even with [this article|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23], id suggest doing as you planning and just using the surge side outlets for this. that should be fine.
