Hello friends, my APC BACK UPS PRO 1500 is Not Charging, attaching the image, please assist .......

Yes its not working and need to replace. Forget about repairing especially if its out of warranty as most technicians in India not ready to find fault of individual components and replace instead they do only whole board replacement which usually cost around 80% of total cost of UPS.

If you are taking new one then consider Online UPS of APC particularly these models SRC1KI-IN (inbuilt battery) or SRCIKUXI (external battery). SRC1KI-IN is compact inbuilt battery model which gives around 1 hr backup at 25% load. Online UPS uses double conversion and give the connected load pure sinewave power always and no switching, step up or step down like line interactive models thus increases both the life of UPS, battery and connected load.

Cost wise its almost comparable to your present UPS model with much benefits.
