APC 1000v V/S not on AC power

Dear all ,

i have v/s 1000v .that occurred a problem .when i power on at batteries that check self test and comes on ok condition.
suddenly when Ac power comes that gone in fault condition its mean (shifting on battery and Ac power) and after that ups hang up .
no out put show .any one help me.

its means(Summary of fault)
ups on batteries but not on Ac power ( 220v )
