I replaced a failing NMC in a Smart-UPS 1000 with an AP9640 NMC. The card is not showing the model of the UPS .
I need to get this unit into Struxureware DCE (7.8.1.35) but apparently Struxureware needs more information that the NMC is providing. I can't push new firmware to the UPS because Struxureware doesn't have any data on the device type.

The screenshot indicates the NMC is not receiving data from the UPS. What are the model and the serial number of the UPS?
