AP9617 login ends at Help page

Dear Forum,

We do issue an AP9617 in a Smart-UPS 3000 RM XL. Only recently when we log on to this device, we end up at the Help page of the AP9617 Web Server and can not navigate away from this page, reading logs etc. See enclosed screen shot.

How can we remediate this in order to get access to the home page of the device? Any help is appreciated.
