Hi All,
Have just installed ES 550 G and Power Chute 3.0.0.1 on XP System.
Power Chute is showing:
1. Fully charged battery -- meaning it arrived fully charged.
2. Estimated 49 minutes Run time -- this seems way high. Before purchase the estimator came up with 8 mins.
I have plugged into battery:
PC -- Dell Dim 4700 Pentium 4
Monitor -- HP 22 inch LCD
Router
Modem
Can I trust this run time estimate?? Anyway to check it? Appreciate all comments.
Thanks,
Bill

There is no entry for load on battery.
As I think about it, it may be because there has never been an outage yet.

What does the software show for your load ? Under Monitor system, Current status, it should show "load on battery back up".

After forcing an outage, it is working correctly now -- showing run time 14 minutes.
