Hello,
I have two desktops & laptop, ALL plugged into a BRG1300 UPS. ALL plugged into battery backup/surge outlets.
How & what to do - To get all three machines to 'shutdown' gracefully, in the event of a power failure.
I have Powerchute personal - could this be used? Would it be necessary to have it on all 3 machines?
_______
If necessary, to help with the above, I could use an APC ES350, to power modem & router. Note currently I use an APC protecnet, surge for the modem/router, this would be removed if using the ES350. Correct?
Note: two desktops ethernet connected, laptop wireless.
Thanks
