I bought APC BR1500G-IN. Now i found that the power cable is 16A. My socket is normal small one. So how can i safely use in this socket. Any converter or extension like that. Please suggest the best option.

Hi
I make a extension board with fuse which accept 16 amp so that I can plug into it. The other side of the board use normal plug so that same can be plugged to the normal plug.
I don't know this is advisable but it's work for me and using now...
