The output frequency of my UPS changes between 82 and 120Hz. Is that normal?

Hi,
The output frequency for that model Back-UPS should be 50/60 Hz +/-1 Hz. Nominal output voltage is 230v. If frequency or voltage is different you should have an electrician check the input to the UPS.
