Hi,
I checked with 3 phase support and below is the responses.
Means the Q1 main input to the ups either was opened and closed shortly after or the reporting is a problem with the aux contact circuit showing its status.
You should contact 3 phase support at 800-555-2725 option 4 and they will be happy to assist you.
