UPS not able to provide to output after main source power failure, There is no any error of Battary. battary shows 100%.
what could be the reason ?

The APC by Schneider Electric forum is not the most suitable medium to troubleshoot a unit of this size, as the level of complexity in troubleshooting could be quite in depth and lengthy. I would highly recommend reaching out to your local SE Call Center for continued assistance.

Dear Team,
My UPS is Galaxy 3500 10-40kVA, 415 V.
It not shows any battary truouble also. The Internal and External bypass shows Open.
