Hello friends,
I have an SNMP card installed in an Easy UPS from APC.
The card reference is: Hardware Version: HDY520 with Firmware Version: 3.7.DY520.APC.
I would like to update the firmware of the card to version 3.8.DY520.APC, which I already have as a file.
However, I haven't found any utility or tool to perform the firmware upgrade.

Show me a full photo of the front and back of this Easy-UPS showing the NMC. Along with providing the UPS SKU and serial number.

Appreciate you taking the time to provide the photos. It appears APC decided to make finding this specific NMC and related information very hard to find?!? π€¦ββοΈ
I suggest you contact APC Technical Support to receive the information and clarification as to how this NMC is updated.
Generally speaking if the NMC needs to be updated manually. Than the boot monitor is updated (IF) required. Next AOS, than APP.
