symetra 40k NMC AP9617 not seen UPS after upgrade firmware

Hi all,

after upgrade the firmware in the NMC AP9617 to new version, the nmc not show de ups symetra 40k configuration.

this is the upgrade details

anybody knows any solution for this?

You installed the wrong NMC firmware. If the information you have provided is correct.

You should have installed the Symmetra (SY) firmware NOT the Smart-UPS (SUMX).

If you have a copy of the old firmware - sure. It probably makes more sense to download the correct (SY) NMC firmware.

I'm trying found some older version but can't get a valid link, anybody have a valid link

Contact APC Technical Support to obtain a copy. Once you receive the same please do host a copy for the next person needing the same.

Lastly, why have you not downloaded the correct Symmetra (SY) firmware for this NMC and updated the same?!?

Hi, apollogies for the delay, I can't download the firmware because I can't found.

I contacted to the support without luck. Im very worried!
