Hello

I have an APC UPS model SRT10KXLI I replaced batteries however it keeps on showing the message replace all APCRBCs and i was advised to update firmware. my challenge now is where and how to download firm ware. Help on this will be highly appreciated.

The correct steps are to disconnect the battery cartridge and wait for the system to declare a fault.

Wait another ten seconds and than reconnect the battery cable. The system should prompt you to confirm the battery has been replaced so toggle from No to Yes and enter the month / year.

Next, manually initiate a Self Test and let it complete and allow the battery to show 100% SOC.

Complete the process by manually initiating a Battery Calibration with at least 30% attached load on the outputs of the system.

Let this process complete and allow the system to recharge the cells to 100% SOC.
