Hello.
I have a problem with my Smart UPS smx3000hv - it immediately turns off when input voltage disappears
UPS Load: 8%-12%
Battery Status: Good
Battery Charge: 100%
Green Mode: Off
No error logs
Note: When I run a self-test - and then i turn off power cable - UPS normally switches to battery power
What can it be?

Generally speaking if there are no active faults / error codes present. The behaviour you’re describing indicates the battery cartridge has expired and needs to be replaced.
Without knowing how old the unit is and when you last replaced the battery cartridge. The average service life of the battery is 2-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.
What is the serial number on the UPS? What does the production sticker indicate on the face of the battery cartridge?

Hello again
Battery installed in 2016
We have two identical UPS from the same year - first with problem described above and the second without problem

That would mean the battery cartridge is eight years old well past it’s service life. Given you have identical units you can perform a simple test to see if it’s the battery or something else.
Just swap the batteries from each unit and perform the same lights out test on the problem unit.
If swapping out the battery does NOT cause the system to shut down you know it’s the battery. ☝️ If however the same problem is seen than it’s possible there are other issues present.
The event & data logs should be reviewed to see what are the active faults / error codes. If you have the unit connected to a Syslog / NMS it would be helpful to see what these logs show and indicate.
