question about the APC LE1200 Line-R 1200VA Automatic Voltage Regulator

I recently purchased this unit and when I first plugged it in the input voltage led and the low voltage led lights were on and orange. About a day later they switched to the high voltage led and and input voltage led and changed to green. Recently, they switched to orange. The documentation that the unit comes with doesn't explain what this all means. 

Anyone have any ideas?
