I have setup and configured this device and successfully used SNMP and the web interface to turn off the power to specified outlets. All worked well for a while then some outlets would appear to turn off the power, using the web and SNMP, in that the LED next to the outlet would go off however power was still being applied to the outlet?

Any thoughts on the fault and how it can be fixed?
