i have just purchased a smart ups 1500 lcd (smt 1500i)... on the back of the ups there are 8 output plugs divided into 2 columns, each of them has a separate plastic plug holder. Both plug holders are somewhat lose, they are not tightly fixed to the chassis... is this normal or u think there might be an assembly fault?
my worry is that such holders might come off when i unplug a device connect to the unit
thanks

Hi tars, the connects on the back should not be very "loose" if you feel that they are going to come out or cause plugs to move around then there could be an issue with that unit. I would suggest reaching out to tech support at 1 800 800 4272 to see if they can help you out. Hope this helps.
