I've recently picked up a master switch 9210 from eBay.  if anyone can assist with resetting serial number: WA9839014308 thanks

Hi Roberto,

The backdoor password for that serial number is 13775>^IBB>E

Enter the username as apc and the backdoor password as the password. This will reset the unit to defaults and allow you to access the unit again using apc for both the username and password
