Dear APC team,

what is the AP9210I password reset procedure? Could you please share?

If it is device specific (ie some password has to be generated), the SN of my device is WA9842000808.

Hi,

Use lower case apc for user name in either hyper-terminal or telnet (won't work via the web)
Use the following for password (any letters are capitalized) 123<5>^IBB?>
You then have to log in again but use lower case apc for both user name and password
