hi,
i have one problem:our company apc ups RT6000, its connected by city power,and panel display normal,ups running very well, but output no voltage ,i don't know why?
any body know this problems' reasons???

Good day to you. I just want to know if you are getting this alert from the network management card or the devices connected to the UPS is not getting any power from the UPS?

hi allen,
The ups network card log display:the output is turned off ,and the devices connected to the ups never get power from ups as well,after update the ups and network card firmware to the latest,its display :the output is turned on, but the devices connected to the ups still cant get power from the ups,would you please help me to solve this problem?
