Dears,
Wishing a blessed day to all of you here is my question and I need your help.
In our DC we have two APC Symmetra PX 160KVA UPS and one of it ''on battery power in response to an input power problem'' alarm was happed before 48Hrs and still the alarm not cleared but actually the ups is not on battery. in normal case after utility recovered this alarm can disapper by itself. but now still this alarm not cleared. so may i need your skill? thanks
