HI,
Today morning I received call from NOC team about an alarm came from UPS "on battery power in response to an input power problem". I am posting alarm snap in the post. I could not find the cause for this alarm. We have MGE300 UPS in our data center. Please help me out about what cause this alarm.

Hi Muhammad,
The unit saw some sort of input power problem and transferred to battery power to support your load during this time. The input power problem can range from a complete loss in power, a sag or surge in voltage, or frequency drifts. The condition only lasted for 8 seconds and the unit transferred off of battery power and back to the online state. The unit is operating as it is designed to do and there shouldn't be any concern if it continues to operate without alarm. If it the input power condition repeats we can look at the data log to see what the power problem is that the unit is seeing.
