numerous SmartConnect alerts
Hello, I work for a service provider and we have several UPS units in various customer environments joined to our SmartConnect account. Since last week, we are seeing a large number of email alerts from SmartConnect indicating "UPS On Battery" and "Power Restored." This is happening on all different device is all different physical locations and different network environments. The "On Battery" and "Power Restored" alerts will come in back to back, in the very same minute in time. I spoke to another local service provider and he was able to see the same behavior for his customers. Is anyone else seeing this? I opened a ticket to see if there is a bug with SmartConnect, but support wasn't able to provide any info.
