need back door to APC system for password and login

I have a customer who just had a hard crash of there data center after there Generator did not start up. Come to find out the former IT Admin had changed passwords and logins into the system and now they do not know any way to get into the system to set it back up and if anyone can give me some help I would apreciate it?

to reset the password on an ISX manager:

Please follow these steps in order to reset the password on ISX Manager version 1.3.5 and earlier:

1) Connect a laptop to the InfraStruXure Manager Hub and make sure it is assigned an IP.
2) Using a paper clip or similar item hit the reset button on the ISX Mgr.
3) Verify that after the reboot you still have a valid IP on the laptop and log onto the IC through the web interface using the following URL:
http://192.168.1.1/ResetUserNameAndPasswordToDefault
Please note that this step MUST be completed within five minutes of the reboot of the Information Controller/ISX Manager and it is case sensitive.
At this point the user/password should be reset to apc/apc

On ISX Manager version 4.x:
1) Connect a laptop to the InfraStruXure Manager Hub and make sure it is assigned an IP.
2) Using a paper clip or similar item hit the reset button on the ISX Mgr.
3) Verify that after the reboot you still have a valid IP on the laptop and log onto the ISX Mgr using admin/apc within five minutes of the reboot.
