KVM AP5017 17" Monitor Linux Modeline request

I am trying to get the monitor portion of the KVM to output a display of 1280x1024. I can create the modeline using a generator, but key information about the monitor is not included in the specifications in the KVM's manual. Could I get assistance with either a working modeline @ 1280x1024, or the needed information to generate my own.

Dot Clock Frequency MHz
Horizontal Sync rate min. kHz
Horizontal Sync rate max. kHz
Vertical Sync rate min. Hz
Vertical Sync rate max. Hz

Thank you for your time.

I am running software that requires the monitor to run at 1280x1024. I have a HP server with a NVidia fx570 graphics card, with a fairly new driver. The monitor is constrained to 1024x768. I have tried multiple modelines, and finally was able to get the EDID information of: Hor. Scan 31.5-93.8 kHz, Ver Scan 56-85Hz and a pixel clock of 202.5 MHz. The nvidia-settings utility offers a maximum resolution of 1024x768, I cannot use the vesa driver as I need the OpenGL ability of the card.

Anyway, I finally have the information I needed as far as the modeline generation information, although it dosen't seem to be helping much. I appreciate your help, and will continue to try to get it working properly.

Take care,E

Hello,

I'm curious about this request - what exactly are you trying to do? Is this with an APC KVM? Do you have the model #?

I haven't had to provide this info before because I expect that using modeline info is a bit dated. The AP5017 LCD has the ability to properly display 1280x1024 automatically. Are you having problems with this?

Edit: After re-reading, perhaps offering the fact that the Rack LCD can display a refresh rate between 60hz-75hz. I suggest going for 60hz
