my 1400 (SU1400) cycles
every few seconds all LEDs light up and the load goes to battery (humming and single beep).
The load on the battery lasts for about 3 seconds then goes back to line power with no error lights. If i reduce the load by shutting down the server, the single beep that went along with the lights stopped but it still cycles.
The batteries are fairly new. How can i test if this ups is any good??
TIA

Can you let me know if you have any cables connected to the rear of the UPS? If there is a serial cable, try removing it and seeing the issue persists.
