link for firmware download

Dear All,

I have a smart ups, part number:SRT2200XLI. Mail testing is failure in this ups, what the problem regarding that, if upgrade the firmware then problem will solve? then give me the new firmware link. Otherwise please give the solution for solving this problem.

Hi Hasim

Without knowing what firmware your Network management card or UPS is currently on it's impossible to say if an upgrade will resolve your issue.

Currently there is no public release of firmware for the SRT2200XLI.
