Hi,
How can I reset the power meter of a APDU10350ME (firmware version 2.0.6.3) ?
I did not find this via CLI our through web login. Documentation does not mention this.
Thanks,

It’s been a long time since working on this specific PDU. But verify the menu is set to advanced vs basic.
There should be a tab to reset the energy consumption. Worst case you need to follow the steps outlined in the manual I highlighted.
The setup wizard should also bring you to a default state. Don’t recall if that erases the power metrics though.

This lead me to the solution.
In Control and Manage tab, right hand side, there is a Reset PDU Energy action:
I missed it during previous explorations. This action is not described in the current Advanced User Guide (09/2023).
I still have to find a way to programmatically reset it, I hope via snmp.
This will ease our commission procedure for new IT hardware. Many thanks.

Please review the full users manual on page 33 & 65. Which outlines how to default the unit to a factory state:

Thank you for your suggestion.
However, I would like to avoid nuking all configuration.
I should have been clearer: can I just reset the energy meter, which states how many kilowatts have been used since (first start of PDU)?
Clearing all data logs (page 28 of said documentation) does not reset the energy meter.

Hi,
If your goal is to check energy consumption on specific period of time without default rPDU to factory state you may use Data Center Expert or IT Expert. You can easily check delta value of each sensor on specific period of time, which means also consumption on specific period of time.
Both can be tested for free. IT Expert:

Thank you,
I'll wait a bit for a basic solution at the PDU level, but this is the closest to my need.
