Hi Christian -
The display should turn on as soon as you press a button. What is the serial number of your unit? Does it seem to work OK aside from the display issue?

the equipment works correctly, the only problem is that the screen does not turn on, not even pressing the buttons. The screen was on and when you enter the advanced settings it suddenly went out
Is the serial number the one you see on the label?

Hi Christian - If you turn off "Read Only" does it make any change?
if not - If you remove the batteries from the unit, the connector for the LCD screen is in the top of the battery compartment near the front. Give it a push and make sure it is firmly seated.

no, there is no change by setting "Read only" to Off
As a last resort I will disconnect the batteries from the unit, but for me it is a software issue because this happened when activating the advanced options from the UPS. How is it completely restored from the factory?

Hi,
You can reset to default using the LCD panel. Go to Configuration - Reset to Factory Defaults.
