this ups working great in 6 or 7 years then i replaced by surtd5000xli for more power and after my bigger UPS Surtd5000 sendt to repair ( I have a topic before) I take this old surt2000xli to use but when I power on (cold start ) with good battery . this ups appear fault led and battery led look like

my old surt2000xli date I think is 2001 or 2002
so what happens with my surt2000xli ? 😞

Hi Szabi,
after remove battery to check voltage ~53v i think it is okay . im reinstall and push test button to power on . every thing working like normal 😮

Hi Minh,
If the 1 represents the top LED in the battery bar graph then the 10000 bar graph and fault X LED combination indicates an over temperature event. If the batteries in the SURT2000XLI are from 2001/2002 then chances are these may be causing the event due to old / defective batteries. On the other hand this may also indicate a hardware issue for example with the UPS temperature probe. The easiest way to test if the UPS electronics are not affected is to cross test the system with a known good RBC31.
