Hi there,
Have the battery checked by ans Schneider FSR or Partner. You have a faulty battery( open or short cell) and the UPS has detected that during its internal test. Reseting the battery alarm will not change anything. Still, you can do that by sending the UPS into mechanical bypass and then back on-line. I would not do that unless I am pretty sure of my self; wrong operation drives to dumping the load.
Have Schneider on site to check the battery.
Regards,
m
P.S. The other option would be that you have laser printers hooked to the UPS. During the automatic battery test, the UPS has to have a steady load, any fluctuation during the test would generate a test failure and the message on your display.
take care.

If possible for you please check UPS backup time.
Is UPS giving proper backup time or not?
