frequenty fail in UPS

many UPS installed for PLC panels and frequently failing the type of these UPS MODEL- SURTD3000xL19 i dont know if these UPS are industry type or office type and how to troubleshoot these UPSs. these UPS installed 2 years back and since beginning facing such problems.

Have you contacted your local support yet? We can't do much without knowing the failure modes and how they fail, reviewing log files, understanding what power is feeding it, and what specifically is connected to it.
