So, it is working now?
If you fixed it, you can check the event log? I have seen this type of thing in certain Gmail configurations so if you were using Gmail and even if the problem is solved, I'd be interested to see the event log.

Hi,
What led up to you receiving this message? Firmware upgrade, nothing you know of, etc?
Depending on your answer to the above question, the UPS a Symmetra 3phase UPS (since that is what firmware is loaded)?
At a basic level, this can occur during a firmware upgrade (expected or unexpectedly) or because there is a problem that causes the NMC to reboot several times in a row and the application can't boot correctly to it eventually stops.
I would try issuing the reboot command to start (via Telnet or SSH) and see if access comes back, then check the event log which you can share here or not. Reboot will only reboot the Network Management Card's interface and not affect your UPS.
But some which way, we need to see the event log to see what is going on. Depending on the situation and especially if you did not just upgrade the firmware or it is not the incorrect firmware loaded, a reboot may cause the problem to start again and NMC would go into a mini reboot loop for a few minutes so don't be alarm if it does not come back for a minute or two, especially if you're not local to the NMC to observe the status LED.
