err in led Switched Rack PDU AP 7900

Good morning, have several Switched Rack PDU (AP7900,) recently appeared on one of them in the LED "err", in the log of the web interface is not any error. We have not made any changes and start functioning properly but I would like to know that this is due and whether you can solve. Greetings and thanks

Hi Eduardo,

If you can still log in, could you please share the event.txt, data.txt, and config.ini files, if they are available via FTP? Instructions here -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131 Alternatively, for event and data logs (event is the most important here), you can view them in the web interface, launch the full log in a new window, and PDF it to review.

I'd also be interested in the first six characters of the AP7900 serial numbers on the devices to gauge the age of the units and any warranty status. 

This could be a temporary error that clears by the time as you log in, such as an internal lost communications error. Hopefully the event log will show the error history.
